The hotel had a good location in the museum area.
Upon arrival, I received MINIMAL information about available amenities. When I inquired about Uber pick-up locations, the staff member was VERY rude and dismissive. He said they don't use Uber. I found this unhelpful, especially considering I had already arranged my ride.
